RETURN POLICY

ONLINE ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE

If you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or defect item(s), you have 4 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. No refund is allowed.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; and you need to bear the shipping cost to us. However, we will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange).

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ATYRAZNA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

PHYSICAL STORES

We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed. Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

You are welcome back to the store where you bought within 4 days from the date receipt. Item cannot be exchanged after 4 days. Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in original packaging complete with the original receipt. Please note that the exchange of item is subject to store availability. Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy.

Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

      1. Email us at [email protected] and state the reason(s) why you need to return.
      2. You can return the items once we reply your email.
      3. Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ATYRAZNA tags still attached.
      4. Once you send back your item(s), we assume you agreed our T&C and our Return Policy.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 4 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of ATYRAZNA.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ATYRAZNA website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Final Sale

During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
